Guarding of Man, Material & Property
HawkEye Security Force & Allied Service started 1977 as private security company, which provides armed and unarmed security services and expertise to private and public clients. As followed by the guideliness of Government of India (PSARA 2005) and Tamil Nadu State (TNPSARA 2008) we primarily engaged in providing guard and patrol services, such as bodyguard, guard dog, parking security and security guard services. Also we provide advanced special operations services if the client demands services which include the prevention of unauthorized activity or entry, traffic regulation, access control, and fire and theft prevention and detection. These services can be broadly described as the protection of personnel and/or assets.
Security Guards, patrol and inspect property to protect against fire, theft, vandalism, terrorism, and illegal activity. These workers protect their employer’s investment, enforce laws on the property, and deter criminal activity and other problems.
They use Mobile Phones and telephone communications to call for assistance from police, fire, or emergency medical services as the situation dictates. Security Guards write comprehensive reports outlining their observations and activities during their assigned shift. They also may interview witnesses or victims, prepare case reports, and testify in court.

Dependability
As far as our security personnel quality is concerned we are second to none. We will never compromise on quality of our security personnel/ security staffs are mostly from three Defence Forces, Police, and other uniformed Forces. They are provided with perfect uniform and they will be smart, alert & active and their age group between 25 to45. In addition to the above said uniformed personnel we have also civilian trained talented guards who had under gone FIRE, FIGHTING, SAFETY SYSTEMS, and other INDUSTRIAL SECURITY MEASURES.

Recruiting Process
Recruiting procedure and documentation are followed by the guideliness of PSARA which is state by Governement of India. The process includes scrutinizing of documents and round of interviews is based on the requirement stated from the client.
Terms
Our security personnel are covered under ESI & EPF and statutory benefits, he will be provided with uniform and other necessary material from our side. We are prepared to enter into an agreement with the clients for one or more years according to mutual convenience. Invoice will submitted on the last day of every month and the payment made on or before 5th of the following month in favor of Hawk Eye Security Force & Allied Service.
Our Charges
Our Charges are most reasonable and based on Minimum Wages Act and Contract Labour Act and Contract Labour Act (R & A). In addition GST @ 18%. on total bill will be levied rates are negotiable. The quoted rates are inclusive of all charges, such as substitutes for weekly offs, holidays /leave or absenteeism, uniform our patrolling charges, our administrative charges & all Govt. statutory obligations which will strictly be adhered by us.
